Joining an existing group

NOTE: You cannot be a member of more than one group.

To join an existing ArcWeb Services group

Sign up for an ESRI global account.

NOTE: Do not sign up for an ArcWeb account. When you activate an ArcWeb account, a default group is created with you as sole user, thus preventing you from joining another group.
Provide the group's administrator with your e-mail address.
When the administrator invites you to join the group, you will receive an e-mail containing an activation link. Click this link, enter your ESRI global account user name and password, and click Log In.
On the Activate Access Code page, click Yes.

Once ESRI verifies your login information and the group administrator authorizes your access, you are added to the group and your account is activated for ArcWeb Services.
