Accessing your ArcWeb account

To access your ArcWeb account, you must first:

  1. Create an ESRI global account.
  2. Sign up for an ArcWeb account.
  3. Log in.
  4. Go to the My account page.

Creating an ESRI global account

  1. Go to the Create A New ESRI Global Account page.
  2. Fill out the Global Account form and click create my ESRI Global Account. An e-mail verification is sent to the address you provided.
  3. Click the link in the e-mail and confirm your password.

You now have an ESRI global account. To access ArcWeb Services, you must either join an existing ArcWeb Services group or sign up for an ArcWeb account.

NOTE: You must have an ESRI global account to create an ArcWeb account.

Purchasing credits

To activate your ArcWeb Services account, you need to buy credits. You can purchase credits by calling ESRI Telebusiness at 800-447-9778, or you can purchase credits online.

NOTE: You must be logged in to purchase ArcWeb credits online.

  1. Click Log In at the upper right corner of the ArcWeb site, type your user name and password, and click Log In. 
  2. Access your My Account page by clicking My Account on the top right corner of the page.
  3. Click Buy Credits on the left panel, then click the Buy Credits button. The How to Buy ArcWeb Services page appears.  
  4. Click the first link—Buy ArcWeb Services now in a block of credits.
  5. On the Order ArcWeb Services page, select the number of blocks you would like to purchase in the Credit Blocks drop-down list, then click ADD TO CART. The ESRI Store launches.
  6. Review the contents of your cart on the Shopping Cart page, then click Check Out.
  7. Because you have an ESRI Global Account, you are considered a returning customer. Click I am a returning customer, type your user name and password, and click Go.
  8. Pay for your credits through a secure credit card transaction. Provide your billing information, verify that all contact and purchase information is correct, and click Place My Order.
  9. You will receive an e-mail with your purchase information and instructions on how to activate your credits.

Logging in

NOTE: To log in, you must first create an ArcWeb Services account.

  1. Click Log In at the upper right corner of the ArcWeb site.
  2. In the User Name and Password text boxes, type your user name and password.
  3. Click Log In.

Accessing the My Account page

NOTE: You must be logged in to ArcWeb Services to access your My Account page.

  1. Click Log In at the upper right corner of the ArcWeb site, type your user name and password, and click Log In. 
  2. Click My Account at the upper right of the ArcWeb site. 
  3. Click the links in the left column to navigate this page.

You can view usage reports, manage your users and groups, update your alert preferences, and perform other tasks.
