ArcWeb Locator Lab

ArcWeb Locator lets you quickly add a custom facility finder to your Web site. The application lets your users find businesses and other points of interest near a location. Users can view maps, see driving directions, and print their search results. ArcWeb can host your application on its servers, or you can host your own application.

Build a Locator Hosted by ArcWeb

A wizard interface guides you through the configuration process. You choose the functionality, services, and colors for the application. If you want, you can upload your own points of interest, create custom services, and use your own banners. When you are done configuring your locator, ArcWeb creates a URL for your application which you can copy and paste into your Web site.

Host Your ArcWeb Locator

You can download Java code and host locator applications on your own machine. A ZIP file contains everything you need to create an ArcWeb locator on your site.
